Online Bookings -

Please check before booking an appointment that the stylist you have requested is taking on new clients / their books are open. Failure to do so means that if you book as a new client while the stylists’ books are closed, you may lose your non-refundable deposit when the appointment is cancelled or declined.

Deposits -

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required for all of our services, and will be requested upon booking online.

For clients who have previously no-showed, a 100% deposit is requested.

Cancellations -

Life happens, and we at Claire Mathers - The Organic Hair Salon, understand that sometimes unexpected events happen that are out of our control, but please ensure you let us know as soon as you know that you cannot attend your appointment with us.

The cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellation prior to 48 hours - No charge

Cancellation within 48 hours - 50% charge

Cancellation within 24 hours - 100% charge

This will be automatically charged within our payment system, and agreed to upon your time of booking.

Punctuality -

Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a change of service or cancellation. You will still be required to pay for the service you were originally booked in for, to cover for the loss of your stylists’ time.
